Meet Jen and Rebecca, co-founders of My Front Porch
Rebecca grew up in Dallas and is a proud University of Missouri grad. Her career took off in the fast-paced world of New York City before she returned home to Texas to be closer to family. With a rich background in Marketing and Talent Acquisition, she’s also worn many leadership hats-Project Manager, Chief of Staff, and HR Business Partner-bringing strategy, heart, and hustle to everything she does.
Life is full (and wonderfully chaotic!) thanks to Rebecca’s three little ones: Charlie, who’s 5 and always on the move, Leah, her sweet toddler explorer, and baby William, who joined the family this spring and completed their crew. When Rebecca isn’t busy creating beautiful porches or keeping up with her busy household, you’ll find her with her nose in a good book, at a Pilates class, or in the kitchen cooking up something delicious with her husband, Kyle. She loves quiet evenings outside with a glass of wine, and when she really wants to unwind, nothing beats a fun game of mahjong with friends.
Jen, a Colorado native and University of Kansas alumna, began her career in Kansas City before making Dallas home more than two decades ago. With an accomplished background in Recruiting and Human Resources, she has led high-performing Talent Acquisition teams at both national and global levels, earning a reputation for strategic leadership and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys traveling, gardening, pickleball, Pilates, and spending time in the Colorado Rockies ATVing and camping with her husband, Ben. She also loves crisp morning walks and trips to the dog park with her two rescued Shih Tzus, Alfie and Crosby.
Together, Jen and Rebecca bring creativity, style, and elevated seasonal charm to front porches across Dallas–Fort Worth.
