Meet Jen and Rebecca.
Rebecca grew up in Dallas and is a proud University of Missouri grad. Her career took off in the fast-paced world of New York City before she returned home to Texas to be closer to family. With a rich background in Marketing and Talent Acquisition, she’s also worn many leadership hats—Project Manager, Chief of Staff, and HR Business Partner—bringing strategy, heart, and hustle to everything she does.
Life is full (and wonderfully chaotic!) thanks to Rebecca’s two energetic little ones: Charlie, who's 3.5 and always on the move, and Leah, her sweet 18-month-old explorer. When Rebecca is not busy creating beautiful porches or chasing toddlers, you’ll find her with her nose in a good book, at a Pilates class, or in the kitchen cooking up something delicious with her husband Kyle. She loves quiet evenings outside with a glass of wine, and when she really wants to unwind, nothing beats a fun game of mahjong with friends.
Jen, a Colorado native and University of Kansas alumna, began her career in Kansas City before settling in Dallas over two decades ago. With a distinguished background in Recruiting and HR, she has led high-performing Talent Acquisition teams on both national and global levels, earning a reputation for excellence and strategic impact. Outside of work, Jen and her husband, Ben, enjoy international travel and cultural exploration. At home, she spends her time outdoors—ATVing in the Rockies, camping in the Flat Tops, gardening, or relaxing poolside with a glass of champagne in hand with friends. She also enjoys morning walks and visits to the dog park with her two Shih Tzus rescues, Alfie and Crosby.
