With five package sizes available, there’s a perfect option for every budget and front porch. If you are unsure which package is best for your home, feel free to email our pumpkin concierge team thepumpkinconcierge@myfrontporchtx.com with a photo of your front porch, and a designer will respond within 48 hours with a recommendation

Our design services are not included for Pumpkin Delight, Once Upon a Pumpkin and Autumn’s Bliss. You can choose to have your front porch professionally designed by selecting our design services for a $75 fee. The design fee is included in the two large packages (Pumpkin Spice and Cinderella’s Harvest)

Pumpkins are heavy, so let us do the heavy lifting for you! We’ll handle everything with a scheduled pumpkin pickup, ensuring your pumpkins are removed from your front porch and donated to local nonprofits while you prepare for the next holiday

One man’s trash is another’s treasure! Our donated pumpkins support local animal rescues, feeding and caring for animals while aiding their mission

Given the volume of demand, we are unable to customize orders beyond our current offerings. However, you can enhance your package with our add-ons to add more color and volume to your front porch

Each package offers a variety of pumpkin types, sizes and colors. Grand prize pumpkins, mini pumpkins and gourds can be added to your order via the add-on option. We are unable to provide custom orders beyond our current offerings

We offer five unique packages varying in size to maximize the space on your front porch. We also offer options to add bales of hay, additional mini pumpkins, gourds and grand prize pumpkins. All prices are posted on our website, and the additional options are provided when ordering.

Pumpkins are heavy and bulky! A flat $35 delivery fee is applied to all deliveries

For the 2025 season, our delivery services will begin the week of September 22nd and go through October 17th. You will receive a notification via email with your targeted delivery date one week prior to delivery

No, you do not need to be home when your pumpkins are delivered

Unfortunately, we do not offer a customer pick up option at this time

We proudly source all of our products from local farmers who offer fresh and high-quality pumpkins. Each pumpkin is carefully inspected before being sent out for delivery

Yes, we prioritize sourcing pumpkins from local, sustainable farms that use eco-friendly practices. Our goal is to support the environment and our local farmers while bringing elegance to your front porch

We take great care in packaging and delivering our pumpkins safely, but also know things happen. If you receive a damaged pumpkin or if the design does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or an alternative solution

It’s important to acknowledge pumpkins are perishable. We recommend keeping pumpkins in a cool, dry place with minimal or no sun exposure. To extend the life of your pumpkins, they should never be placed directly on lawns, in flower beds, in topsoil or in direct or indirect contact with sprinklers

Yes! We offer 48 hour pumpkin rental services for events, parties, weddings, and corporate gatherings. Please contact us directly for details and pricing thepumpkinconcierge@myfrontporchtx.com

Bales of hay are included in our three largest packages: Autumn’s Bliss, Pumpkin Spice and Cinderella’s Harvest. The smallest packages, Pumpkin Delight and Once Upon a Pumpkin, do not include hay. You can add a bale for extra height or an asymmetrical design, creating an impactful look to your front porch

Cinderella’s Harvest includes two stunning Charlie Brown Grand Prize pumpkins. These statement pumpkins can also be added to any package through the add-on option for extra porch appeal

Changes and cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing an order by emailing our pumpkin concierge team thepumpkinconcierge@myfrontporchtx.com. After this period, no changes can be made. Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 50% fee

We return to remove the display carefully, leaving your porch clean and refreshed. Our pumpkin disposal service ensures a seamless transition without any added responsibility on your part.
